I owe you a personal update and believe me it is in my heart to do - the urgent matters before us seem to keep taking precedence. One of these days I am going to figure out email and how to get people what they want when they want it! (It is good to have goals . . .)

1) license plate reading cameras for those vehicles without an operational in-vehicle device - needed all over as backstop, whatever else is deployed
Get the" picture"?
